BOO for sucky day but YAYYYY that you got to read ‘Salome’!
:D The language was so beautiful and haunting! Really quite different to Wilde’s other plays. I feel as if I need to spend some time digesting it as I don’t think I fully appreciated it just from one quick read.
Also: on Friday night I tried some Jameson whiskey on a pub crawl - good stuff! Although the bartender and the guy next to me were both shocked that I was just having it with a bit of ice and not mixing it with something. :P
